Kristin Centanni
Kristin is driven by helping her clients elevate their strategies, expand their service offerings and harness technology to enable growth and deliver impact.
Kristin brings over a decade and a half of management consulting experience in strategy development, comprehensive change initiatives, portfolio + program management, and expertise in organizational and large-scale transformation efforts.
Kristin holds her MPA/MIS degree, along with Prosci ADKAR Change Management and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
Kavita Sienknecht
Kavita is passionate about helping client organizations thrive, through thoughtful strategic planning and expansion strategies, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement.
Kavita has deep experience working with clients in both private and public sectors across a range of capabilities, including: business, organizational and brand strategy, change management and innovation.
Kavita holds International MBA (I-MBA) and MA in International Intercultural Communications.
